Balloon bouquets are pre-designed groupings of balloons styled together as one arrangement. Single balloons are sold individually with helium and ribbon only. The Balloon Bar offers grab-and-go packages with a set number of balloons, curated color palettes, and bundled pricing for convenience.
Float time varies based on balloon type, size, environment, and handling. All latex balloons bought at our shop are treated with Hi-Float to extend floating time as much as possible. Mylar balloons typically float longer than latex. Outdoor exposure, heat, and direct sunlight can reduce float time.
Yes. Color selection is available across balloon bouquets, single balloons, and Balloon Bar packages. Specialty finishes such as chrome, printed, or animal prints may require an additional charge. Custom balloons (including bobo, stuffed, and double-stuffed designs) are custom priced based on size and materials.
Yes. Balloon bouquets and all Balloon Bar packages include a balloon weight and a complimentary reusable balloon carrying bag. Single balloon purchases may add a reusable balloon carrying bag for an additional fee, or receive one complimentary with purchases of 50 or more balloons.
Yes. We use biodegradable latex balloons and treat all latex our balloons with Hi-Float to maximize float time while minimizing waste. We do not recommend releasing balloons outdoors, as environmental conditions can affect performance and sustainability as well as hurt wildlife and environment.
Yes. Balloon bouquets, single balloons, and Balloon Bar packages are available for scheduled pickup. Local delivery is available for an additional fee, starting at $25, and pricing varies based on location, order size, and timing.
We recommend transporting balloons in a clean, temperature-controlled vehicle with enough space to avoid crushing or bending. Do not leave balloons in a parked car for extended periods of time, as heat or cold can cause balloons to deflate or pop. All Balloon Bar packages and balloon bouquets include a complimentary reusable balloon carrying bag. Single balloon orders may add a reusable carrying bag or receive one complimentary with purchases of 50 or more balloons. Once balloons leave our care, we are not responsible for damage caused during transport..
POLICIES & BALLOON CARE (Required)
- Delivery is available for all balloon arrangements & décor. Same-day delivery is available for non-customized helium bouquets only (based on availability).
- If you need same-day customized items, you must contact us directly to see if we can accommodate. Rush fees will apply for rushed items.
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Balloons) is available. For faster pickup, please drop off balloons at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup is available for select items.
- We are not responsible for balloons popping during inflation and we do not guarantee balloons purchased outside our facility.
- Float time is not guaranteed and may vary by environment and handling.
- Balloons purchased from our shop receive a special treatment prior to inflation for improved durability (included with bouquet orders).
- With proper care, balloons typically float 24–48 hours. Avoid leaving balloons in a car longer than 20 minutes and keep away from AC/heaters (room temp is best).
- For safety/environment: no balloon releases encouraged. Balloons are biodegradable. Please inform us of latex allergies. Children must be supervised (choking hazard).
- We may apply balloon shine to some arrangements. It’s non-toxic but can be slippery and may stain surfaces. If you want to opt out, tell us immediately.
